I am a Naturalized US Citizen from Africa and served in the first Persian Guld War, honorably discharged from the Army, earned a BSc degree in Avionics Engineering from St. Louis University and yet couldn't receive my diploma and transcripts, because I still owe them some $7000.00.

I do not have any family members whom I can run to for support regarding this matter nor an esatablished credit to get a loan.

I can not get the much needed job in my field with out the proper documents until the University is paid in full and in the mean time I am doing all the odd jobs I can get in St. Louis and the earnings are not sufficient enough to support a family of three and make the payment to the University.

I would be gratefull, if anyone could help me in this case and I will be happy to pay it back manyfolds over.
